A temporary landmark of landmarks, the banner list the names of eight local landmarks that span the history of Milwaukee--from pre-history to the 20th century. The banner condenses the geography and cultural points of Milwaukee as it bridges new relationships between them. The banner was installed on the Sydney Hih, a building that, until 2005, was home to a vibrant, mid-America counter-culture.
