A chance-encounter with a vintage Monte Carlo--adorned with bumper stickers that forge a bond between Milwaukee Wisconsion and Cologne Germany--becomes an image produced as a bumper sticker for the Green Gallery Booth at the Dark Fair during Art Cologne. The sticker finds its way onto the bridge where people declare their love, etched into locks, and present it to the public.
